In the unfortunate event of our client's passing, please request the Administrator / Executor of the deceased's estate to contact your Account Manager or simply drop us an email.
We will request the Administrator / Executor to provide us with the following documents:
1) Original Death Certificate
2) Original Grant of Probate (with will) or Letter of Administration (without will)
3) Original copy of the Administrator / Executor's identification details such as Identification Card
Once we have received all the necessary documents, we will review and transfer the ownership of the account to the Adminstrator / Executor thereafter.
